We, Kelly Parrett & hereby enter into the following contract for mating
of the two dogs: (stud dog)_ _to (bitch)_ , at
bitch’s heat, approximate date of 2010__at kennel of stud owner, unless other wise indicated .

Stud fee is to be payable in Cash / Money Order in the sum of $1,000. Stud fee
will be paid the day the breeding(s) have taken place.When Stud fee is paid you'll recieve Litter Application.
A guarantee of actual mating only is made, and not of puppies living or dead.
If bitch does not take,I will do ONE free rebreed Only!
If bitch fails to be in whelp (pregnancy), the bitch owner must give notice no later than fifty (50) days after First mating.
If breeder is not contacted by 50 days contract is void and you'll not recieve a rebreed.
There are no other terms of this contract unless filled in space below and initialed by both parties.
